The first project that was realized after the move was the G-POWER bi-compressor system for the BMW V10 engine from the BMW M5 E60 and BMW M6 E63. The G-POWER brand has been in Bavaria since the beginning of 2007. The BMW M3 E46 Coupé with an integrated V10 engine from the BMW M5 E60 was only available as a complete vehicle. In the same year, this part of the company brought the self-developed aerodynamics program for the BMW series 3, 5, 6, 7 and the Z8 as well as the also self-developed light alloy wheel Silverstone Diamond to market maturity. In 2005, G-POWER expanded the company to include its own manufacturing facility for carbon aerodynamic components. The Evo supercharger system for the BMW M3 E36 already enabled an increase in output from 210 kW (286 hp) to 294 kW (400 hp). Shortly afterwards G-POWER presented the first of a series of compressor systems, which was developed on the M-GmbH S54 3.0l sports engine. In 1995, Zoran Zorneke took over the business operations and the trademark rights to G-POWER, In 1997 the company headquarters was relocated to the new representative company premises with a large new building including a Maha performance test bench in Brunsbüttel. In 1986 G-Power started its own production of tuning products for various BMW models. Milestones from this time are the introduction of the DTM style for rear silencers and the development of the so-called wedge-shaped chassis in cooperation with the Koni. In 1973 the company took over the distribution of the Alpina agency in the Rhine / Main area.įrom 1983, the focus was on the core business, BMW tuning with G-POWER. The history of G-POWER began in 1971 in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt with the Grommisch family with the refinement of vehicles of the BMW brand. Its supercharged 5.0L V-10 830 hp BMW M5 Hurricane RRS reached 372 km/h (231 mph) History Founded in 1983 by Jochen Grommisch, the company specialises in tuning BMW cars and manufacturing boutique vehicles. But most seem to be happy with what's already provided.G-Power is a German car tuning manufacturer based in Aichach, Bavaria. I have heard from others that there is more power available with a custom tune even still. And from what i have heard their tunes have come a long way! Infinitas are the ones that actually make the kits. Recently there's been a lot of things happening with infinitas splitting from g power. Previously the companies tunes haven't been the best. Reviews not from our groupbuy are available though. But if you give me a month or so will be able to! Possibly as good but hard to tell only being a passenger.

I've been in the car and the power difference is noticeable. A lot of the guys on our WhatsApp groupchat have installed their kits. If you want I could request to see if they would still give you that price? They seem to have been quite generous coming up to Christmas lol! And their kit on an m52 might look good for the company. Also injectors and Intercooler would be recommended with that power. The main difference is they don't have a plug in tune for it (which obviously wouldn't matter in your case anyway).

But to upgrade to the t1-313 is only around 250 euro or so. The standard supercharger is the t3-313, for 300hp. If you were going to get the kit and custom tune etc I would almost be tempted to upgrade the charger. If there's anything you would like to ask infinitas let me know as I've had a lot of dealings with this at this point. I would imagine the issue with the kit would be the fact that their tune obviously wouldn't work with your car. (yet) They're currently designing an n52 version. Il add to this bit if I remember anything I'm missingĬlick to expand.I have asked them previously about m52 and they don't have a kit for it. Let me know here, or instagram or by email ( if any take your fancy.Īlso to note, I'm not making any money off this it is purely because I want a cheap (but good) charger. Price wise you'd be looking the following The kits all have very high torque figures that kick in quick so the kits end up being quicker than they get credit for. If you are interested in supercharging but don't know much about G Power I recommend looking them up and doing a bit of research on them! Including the s54 475gp kit, and the m54 300hp kit. G power have agreed to give massive discounts for a couple of their kits. Just posting here to see if there's any interest in a G power supercharger kit for e85s, both m54 and s54.
